Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate the website and deliver these messages. Related correspondence and files may be kept in our business email while we discuss or carry out your project.

Your files and permission to share

Sending an enquiry or placing an order does not give us permission to publish your name, design, photos or project story. We ask for separate permission before using customer work in our portfolio or marketing. Please make sure you have the right to share the files and references you send.

Website information

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website. Our hosting services may record technical information, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and protect the site. Quote details and file contents are not sent to analytics services.
