Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry asks us to review your project. It does not place an accepted order. We agree on the design version, quantity, material, colour, work included and what you will receive before starting. Your quote also confirms timing, taxes, pickup or shipping costs, and how long the price is valid.

Design work and changes

CAD design, file preparation, sample prints and further changes may be quoted separately. We agree on the work and price with you first. Changes to your requirements or an approved file may change the cost and schedule.

Approval and fit

Tell us which measurements matter, how the part will be used and what it needs to fit. If a sample is needed, we agree on what you will check before making more. A sample that fits does not prove that a part will suit every load, temperature or long-term use.

Supplied files and intended use

Please make sure you have the right to use and reproduce the designs, photos and references you supply. Tell us about heat, sunlight, moisture, movement, weight and any safety-related use. We do not make a general promise that custom parts are certified for structural, medical or food-contact uses. Jobs with special safety or regulatory requirements need the right checks before production or use.

Payment, pickup and delivery

Your quote confirms payment methods, any deposit, final payment, pickup or shipping arrangements, and applicable cancellation terms. Tell us your deadline when you enquire. We confirm a schedule after reviewing the work and available materials.
