CHECK THE SIZE
Approximate measurements from the model, rounded to 0.01 mm. The inside diameter is measured just below the rim; the rounded closed end narrows further in. We confirm mounting clearances and printed fit before an order.
Opens an email to sales@fast3dprints.ca with this part and quantity filled in. We’ll confirm fit, timing, delivery and the final total with you.
A cracked or missing cup can put a useful dust collector out of action. This replacement was modelled from an original sample, with a hollow body, rounded closed end and flared rim. The straight body is about 85.5 mm across, while the rim is wider at about 96.3 mm. We print the matching cup in ASA and check your mounting arrangement before making it.
Send the dust collector make and model, a photo of the old cup and the opening it fits into. Compare the rim, straight body and inside diameter below the rim, along with any seal or retaining arrangement. The original project called it an approximately 4-inch cup; the measured rim is 96.30 mm, so the 4-inch description alone is not a fit check.
ASA is used for its resistance to sunlight and weather. The final part still needs to suit its working conditions.
Cup only. Seals, clips, filters and the dust collector are not included. Tell us what you collect and the working temperature so we can confirm that the part suits your setup.
We supply the physical print. CAD, STL and other digital design files are not included or offered for download.
Local pickup in Barrie is by arrangement. Ask us about shipping when you enquire. Sending an email starts a conversation; we’ll agree on the part, price, delivery and timing before work begins.
