CHECK THE SIZE
Approximate assembled model envelope, rounded to 0.01 mm, in its original model axes. This is not the headlight opening size or the hose connection diameter. We compare the opening, mounting points and outlet separately before confirming fit.
Opens an email to sales@fast3dprints.ca with this part and quantity filled in. We’ll confirm fit, timing, delivery and the final total with you.
Planning a headlight intake for your Subaru build? This design comes from a customer-supplied 2006 STI project. Its wide shaped inlet leads into a round duct outlet, with mounting features built into the model. We print it in ASA for its resistance to sunlight and weather. The original print project is split into two sections; we’ll agree on joining and seam finish before making your order.
The original project was identified as a 2006 Subaru STI headlight duct. We still need to compare your actual car: send the model and year, the side of the car, photos of the headlight opening, mounting points and the intended hose connection. The model is not confirmed for every STI, WRX or Impreza, and the vehicle’s year alone does not establish fit.
Explains ASA’s resistance to UV and weather. Material guidance does not establish the temperature limit of this finished duct.
Vehicle reference for the original project year. The brochure does not confirm that this custom duct fits your car.
Duct only; not a working headlight. Hose, clamps, fasteners, adhesive, painting and installation are not included. Joining and seam finishing are confirmed by email. Tell us about nearby heat sources and available clearance; no airflow or power-gain figures have been established.
We supply the physical print. CAD, STL and other digital design files are not included or offered for download.
Local pickup in Barrie is by arrangement. Ask us about shipping when you enquire. Sending an email starts a conversation; we’ll agree on the part, price, delivery and timing before work begins.
Need a different colour, size or material? Include that in your message and we’ll check what’s possible.
